As BioShock Infinite‘s March 26 release date looms, we’re still left with a few unanswered questions about the city of Columbia and what its role was in the history of the world – if any at all, considering how, like Rapture, it appeared to take a very ‘separationist’ approach to politics. Well, while many answers will be found in-game, developer Irrational has also recently released a ‘mockumentary’ about the founding of Columbia, its role in history, and even the mystery of its disappearance.
It’s unknown if this is the first of many videos, as it does seem to imply that there’s more to be said. Still, one-shot or series aside, it’s a fun look at the city, the man behind it, and what we can expect in the highly anticipated title.
