Long cars are better than fast cars

Long cars are better than fast cars

When European bus simulator first landed on my lap I knew I was in for a treat, I could finally become the street racing cool cat I had dreamed of becoming.

As you cruise the streets of the city, across 450 routes picking up passengers, you will feel your blood pump. Never before has such an adrenaline rush graced us.

But I know what you’re thinking, “I play bus sims all the time, how is this different?” well, we all know that bus drivers have no legs, and instead use thrusters to move the bus. However this game lets that slide, and allows the player to not only use the bus when they’re not on duty, but also get out of the bus and walk along the streets too! It’s kind of like the sims meets GTA but you can’t smack anyone across the face.

Perhaps the best part of this is that the guys who developed the game seem to know me really well now and say “It may be tempting to put the pedal to the metal” But it didn’t say anything about driving on the street.

Customer care is paramount in this game, and the pixel-passengers will be very glum indeed should you accidentally tip the bus , or should you make it fly into someone’s body with a load of school kids. I do ponder why they haven’t make a magic school bus simulator yet?

Gameplay wise it’s a thrill ride of excitement and joy, imagine formula one with bigger cars, as you skid and speed you’ll notice the physics engine kick in and you’ll soon be pulling her back to try and balance her, imagine riding a bull, kind of like that. But on steroids.

The whole idea is that you pick up guys to ride the bus, obviously. But it’s far more fun to drive right past them, laughing as you speed along, king of the road.

Being the bus lord really gave me a feeling of power, I kind of felt like Galactus but better, if I’m having a bad day, then no one gets to work! It made me feel like god, as all of the minions have to bring me offerings to please me, but none did and thus none reached their destination.

This is perhaps one of the best sim games yet, and is easily a match for any game, out ranking those “Triple A” titles by miles (Get it? Because it’s a bus game, so miles.)

It is with great joy, I say that this game is easily an 8 out of 10.
