A little piece of me dies every time I see a game that doesn’t have a “U” in it when it should, but in this case I really couldn’t give two flying fucks.
At first I thought “Okay, so he’s a paranoid chap in a cell, lovely.” Then BAM, god powers.
Some kind of Shadow Man gives him a mark, which is somewhere between an eye and the scribblings of an Orc. Anyway, this basically turns him into a god fuelled death machine, of death! Allowing him to slow down time and blast doors open (Hopefully you can blast people’s faces open too.) I really can’t wait to see what else they give him!
We see a mask that kind of looks like Black Skull meets death, with the addition of a black trench coat this guy almost looks like Spider-Man noir, only way, way more bad-arse.
He can do neat tricks like jump from roof to roof and only fall over a little bit! As well as being a keen shot and excellent with a sword.
I ponder if the black shadow is himself, and we are going to see one hell of a trippy story line?
The games looks to be set in some kind of steam punk style world through a blend of perfect scenery and tense gameplay I expect this game can be just short of perfect.
