Marvelous game. If you haven’t played the Demo I think you should go out and download it right now….Stop what you are doing and download it. You only play 3 rounds but find yourself locked and loaded for a couple of hours minimum.
Yeah I stopped playing in Round 3 because the controls went a bit off-course. I was never a huge fan of the control stick punching to begin with, so when they made it even more confusing I just gave up. It’s the same reason I couldn’t get into EA MMA.
It’s mad to think my first boxing game was George Foreman’s KO Boxing on the NES, and now we have games like this. Shows what leaps and bounds gaming has taken in under 2 decades.
Yes, Boxing games have come a long way. The problem I have is when EA made the control stick mandatory, I’m not sure if they came out with an update or not for round 4, I was so heated I just let the game collect dust.
Let us gamers have an in game choice, buttons or control stick.
Yes, the graphics are spot on. I hope the gameplay and the I guess you can call it cheesy (Haymaker punch) is toned down this year. If EA reverts back to how Fight Night and Fight Night Round 2 played I think the game will be a hit. The Career mode is always pretty good. So we don’t have to worry about that part of the game.
That game looks awesome!. Seems to look more realistic every year.
